Porthmadog is course that will leave you begging more when you walk off its 18th green. The front nine is very spacious and allows you to open the shoulders and have a go with the driver, but the back nine is a completely different story.
While the opening nine is parkland in nature, the back inward nine is distinctly links and poses its fair share of mesmerizing holes, made somewhat tougher when the wind picks up.
With high dunes on one side and the sea on the other you may be forgiven for thinking you are playing thoroughbred Scottish links!
