If you think you have played enough standard parkland courses to last you a lifetime and fancy something a bit different, a challenge to remember, then try the mountain top course in the picturesque town of Nelson in northern Caerphilly. Whitehall provides for an eventual nine holes that will make sure you use every weapon in your golfing armoury. It is not long at 5, 666-yards and carries a fairly respectable par of 69, though its greatest defence may be its scenery, which is nothing short of spectacular.
