Having turned 50 last year, he is now eligible to play on the Senior Tour and he is looking to build after just missing out on securing a Staysure Tour card earlier in the year.
Five cards were up for grabs at Q-School in Portugal in January and he was well set to claim one of them going into the final round.
"I was tied fourth on three-under going into the last day," said Bebb, member at Morlais Castle Golf Club in Glamorgan.
"Finishing in the top-15 at Foxhills guarantees a place in Staysure PGA Seniors Championship at the London Club in August, so that is my aim."
