Course Description

Borth and Lnyslas claims to be the oldest course in Wales although Tenby Golf Club formed in 1890 with Borth forming five years later. But in the confines of the club's history lay claims that golf was, in fact, played on the course from 1885 onwards.

Borth is actually one of the founder members of the Welsh Golf Union so its attachment to the Welsh game is undisputed. Harry Colt made some design changes in the late 1940s and much of his work still survives. It is a traditional links course where the fairways overlap in select holes and where the wind is a constant factor.
