Glynneath is a wonderful picturesque course overlooking the Vale of Neath in the Brecon Beacons National Park. It is a mixture of woodland and parkland and sits on a hilltop, so certainly can't be pigeonholed into any type and that' a good thing.The much-loved comedian and all-round good guy, Max Boyce, is the club president and every two or three years he hosts the Max Boyce Classic which attracts various names from the world of sport and entertainment. Big things are happening at this club; there's a new practice ground nearing completing, a new professional's shop and four more holes are in the pipeline to spruce up the course.
